BOESE, Dale Junior -- Dale Junior BOESE, 83, of Washington, Iowa, died Sunday, May 20, 2007, at Washington Care Center.

No visitation or services are planned. The body will be cremated.

Mr. BOESE was born May 7, 1924, in Wayland, the son of Jacob "Jake" and Ocie BLACK BOESE. He married Marian Loretta HORN May 28, 1951, in Washington, Iowa.

Mr. BOESE was a laborer for Perfax farming for 14 years. He had lived in both the Washington and Mount Pleasant communities.

Survivors include his wife; one son, Alan BOESE of Lockridge; one stepson, Gary PHILLIPS of Semla; two stepdaughters, Paula NIXON and Pamela JACKSON, both of Washington, Iowa; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Dorothy BOESE of Washington, Iowa, and Frances BOESE of Fairfield.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Alfred, Arthur and Howard BOESE; and two sisters, Mildred BOESE and Edith NORDYKE.
