Laurie S. BURLINGTON, 52 of rural Stockport died at 2;23 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 24, 2006, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

A memorial service and interment will be at a later date at Johnson County Memorial Gardens in Overland Park, Kan. The body has been cremated.

Memorials may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and mailed to Paul BURLINGTON at 7516 Thornhill Court, Yorkville, IL 60560.

Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua is in charge of local arrangements.

Ms. BURLINGTON was born Oct. 19, 1954, in Kansas City, Mo., the daughter of John L. and Madolynn Sharp BURLINGTON.

Ms. BURLINGTON grew up in Leawood, Kan., and graduated from Shawnee Mission South High School. She attended Kansas University and had lived in rural Stockport the past two years.

Survivors include two brothers, Paul BURLINGTON of Yorkville, Ill., and John BURLINGTON of Schertz, Texas; one uncle, Gustin LEFFLER of rural Stockport; and special friend Jim DRISCOLL of Stockport.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Anne Lynn BURLINGTON.
