Milton GRAHAM, 87, of Phoenix, formerly of Fairfield, died Friday, Aug. 25, 2006.

Mr. GRAHAM is a Fairfield native and graduate of Fairfield High School and Parsons College. He served three terms as mayor of Phoenix from 1964 to 1970.

As mayor, Mr. GRAHAM pushed to created a civic plaza in downtown Phoenix and helped advise construction of a convention center, which had an open house for the first phase just hours after his death.
