Luellen Bentler KROGMEIER, 48, of Mount Pleasant, died suddenly Wednesday, June 21, 2006.

A mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Saint Alphonsus Catholic Church, with the Rev. Nick Adam officiating. Burial will be in Saint Alphonsus Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at noon Friday at Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel in Mount Pleasant, with a rosary at 6 p.m. and the family present following the rosary.

In lieu of flowers, a Luellen KROGMEIER Memorial has been established for her children’s education. Online condolences may be sent to www.olsonpowell.com.

Mrs. KROGMEIER was born April 27, 1958, in Burlington, the daughter of Norbert and Rose Ann Smith BENTLER. She married Rodger KROGMEIER Oct. 11, 1980, at Saint Paul’s Catholic Church in Burlington. They later divorced.

Mrs. KROGMEIER was a 1976 graduate of Notre Dame High School in Burlington and a 1978 graduate of Southeastern Community College in Burlington. After marrying, she moved to Mount Pleasant and later to Lockridge. She moved back to Mount Pleasant in 1998. She was shift manager at the Mount Pleasant McDonald’s.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, playing games, reading, bowling and decorating for holidays. She was an Atlanta braves fan.

Survivors include three children, Michelle, Matthew and Meagan KROGMEIER, all of Mount Pleasant; her parents of Burlington; and one sister, Ann Marie MCELWEE of Lockridge.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
