Lillian Louise CARLSON, 75, of Fairfield, died Monday, Oct. 2, 2006, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.

A funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Ed Newman officiating. Burial will be in Campbell Cemetery, south of Polluck, Mo.

Family visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

A memorial has been established. Cards and memorials may be sent to 141 B Settler’s Lane, Branson, MO 65616,

Mrs. CARLSON was born June 1, 1931, in St. Joseph, Mo., the daughter of Forty Jackson and Lillian Christy WHITE.

Mrs. CARLSON resided in Fairfield, where she was a homemaker, most of her life. Her hobbies included fishing, camping, listening to country music, flower gardening and spending time with family.

Survivors include Leo “Red” SCOTTON of Fairfield; eight children, Jennings HOSTETTER and wife Joyce of Fairfield, Delilah MOORE of Fairfield, Diana METZ of Birmingham, Barbara HATTON of Fairfield, Becky CALCATE and her husband Terry of Columbia, Mo., Cynthia BROCKUP of Fairfield, Jackie KERHSAW and husband Dale of Colona, Ill., and Christy TAGUE and husband Kelvin of Branson, Mo.; 16 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; eight brothers, Bob CHRISTY of Dayton, Ohio, Jack WHITE of Shepard Mont., Kenneth WHITE of Tehachapi, Calif., Bill CASTEEL of Polluck, Mo., Richard CASTEEL of Tehachapi, Calif., Earl CASTEEL of Mount Pleasant, Dennis CASTEEL of Birmingham AND Mike CASTEEL of Mount Pleasant; and three sisters, Norma ELLIOTT of Libertyville, Glenda DOUTHART of Glasgow and Kathleen RUBEL of Humboldt.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Her husband, and one daughter, Ruth.
