Mrs. J. F. NELSON died Dec. 1st at 8 a.m. in Salina.

Born in Sweden Dec. 3, 1833. Came to Iowa 40 years ago. She was married to Mr. NELSON Oct. 26, 1859. Her maiden name was Christina C. FREIBURG.

Eight children, four died in infancy, and four sons are left to mourn. They are Frank, Lem, Victor and Harvey, all men grown. Lutheran Church.... A large crowd of friends followed the remains to the new cemetery just south of Salina.... aged husband.....

Native of Sweden, born Dec. 3, 1833; married Mr. NELSON Oct. 26, 1859; had resided in Iowa about 40 years.
