MRS. BURGESS DIED AT PEORIA. Funeral tomorrow morning at 10 from the Hoskins Funeral Parlors. Mrs. Sarah Catherine BURGESS, widow of Capt. W. T. BURGESS, who was a former postmaster here, died yesterday in Peoria, Ill.. The remains will be brought to this city tonight and taken to the Mark Hoskins Funeral Parlors, where short services will be held tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock in charge of Dr. Gilbert Voorhies. Interment will take place in the City Cemetery. The friends of the deceased and the family and the members of the P.E.O. may call at the undertaking parlors in the morning to view the remains. Mrs. BURGESS was formerly Miss Sarah Catherine DOWNS of Brighton. For a number of years Fairfield was the family home. She was born in 1843. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Nellie Tenney HOFFMAN of Peoria, Ill.; a son Leon and a daughter Jessie have preceded her in death. Mrs. HOFFMAN and daughter will accompany the remains here.
