Frank Eugene HOWARD, son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl HOWARD, died yesterday morning at their home in Libertyville on his fifth birthday.

Survived by parents, brothers and sisters: Gerald H. of Detroit, Mich.; Mrs. Elizabeth STUMP of Fairfield; Cleve, Paul and Catherine at home. A brother and a sister preceded him in death.
