LIBERTYVILLE. Gerald E. HOWARD, native of Libertyville, died recently in Detroit. Former resident of Hazel Park, Mich., he was retired from Chevrolet Gear and Axle, Detroit.

Born Aug. 4, 1904, at Libertyville. Survived by a son, Kenneth, Troy, Mich.; two daughters, Mrs. Joseph WARD, Columbus, Ohio; and Mrs. Edmund SMITH, North Ridgeville, Ohio; and eight grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters, Paul and Mrs. Catherine SAMPLE, both of Rock Island, Ill.; and Cleve and Mrs Russell STUMP, both of Libertyville. Funeral in Hazel Park; burial in Roseland Park Cemetery.
