Mrs. Ethel D. COUSER, 82, 405 E. Lowe, died today at Jefferson County Hospital. Burial in Fell Cemetery at Libertyville. Resident of Fairfield for 30 years.

Born Aug. 28, 1885, near Libertyville, daughter of E.C. and Ella TURNBULL McCLEARY. Reared and educated in the Libertyville community; married Feb. 5, 1902, to Bert L. COUSER; he died Jan. 31, 1957. Member Methodist Church.

Survived by one daughter, Mrs. Leonard SCOVEL, Chariton; two grandchildren; six greatgrandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Jennie CAVINESS, Cedar Rapids; and two brothers, Roscoe McCLEARY, Fairfield, and Wendell McCLEARY, Waterloo. One daughter, one grandson and one brother are deceased.
