GEORGE BOOS, 66, OF LOCKRIDGE, IS DEAD

Fairfield, Ia., Nov. 30 - The funeral of George Boos, a well known resident of Lockridge, whose death occurred Sunday evening in his home after an illness of some 18 months, was held this afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Trinity Lutheran church in Lockridge. The Rev. P.O. Bersell of Ottumwa conducted the service and burial was in the Lockridge cemetery. Mr. Boos was born in Jefferson county near Four Corners, April 25, 1860, and had spent his entire life in this community. In 1896 he was married to Miss Louisa Schneider and she, with a son, Raymond, and a daughter, Miss Irene Lynch, survives him.
