Obit. Mrs. Margaret (McFALL) WOODRUFF, born at Lebanon, Ohio, Mar. 4, 1835, died Oct. 17, 1919, at the home of her daughter in Denver, age 83-7-11. In her early girlhood she moved with her parents to Shelby Co., Ind., and was married to Jerome WOODRUFF Aug. 31, 1854; nine children, four preceded her in death.
Living are Mrs. Adelia SYLVESTER of Ottumwa; Samuel E. WOODRUFF of Farson; Arthur WOODRUFF, Sioux City; Charles WOODRUFF of Plainview, Neb.; and Mrs. Laura PFEIFER of Denver. Husband died Jan. 14, 1914. Also leaves 11 grandchildren and two grgrchn.
Family moved to Iowa in the spring of 1899 and lived in or near Batavia until Mr. WOODRUFF's death... Laid by the side of her husband in Batavia Cemetery. Grandchildren attending were Mrs. Oscar APPLEQUIST and Carl SYLVESTER of Ottumwa; Mrs. HENRY of Farson; Mrs. Kathryn GRAHAM and Icel WOODRUFF of Des Moines, and Roy WOODRUFF, Brinkley, Ark.....
