Harrison L. WHITMORE died Wed. at his home in Batavia. Born Oct. 16, 1879, in Jefferson County, son of Albert and Isabel HARRISON WHITMORE; married Jessie CAMPBELL Sept. 12, 1907. Farmer until moved to Batavia in 1949. Member Batavia Methodist Church.

Besides wife, is survived by four sons, Donald of Cedar Falls; Kent of Des Moines; Walter of Keokuk and Gordon of Hedrick; eight grandchildren, four brothers, Charles, William and Harvey, all of Batavia, and Claude of Fairfield; three sisters, Mrs. Leslie UTTER of Winfield; Mrs. William HUPP and Mrs. Eva MILLER, both of Batavia. Burial in Batavia Cemetery.
