BARTON REUNION

The Barton family reunion was held Sunday in Saunders Grove of Mt. Pleasant.

On account of muddy roads only a few arrived before the noon hour, but all came with well filled baskets.

The afternoon brought most of the members and the time was spent in a social way.

There was much regret that Mrs. Lydia J. Barton was unable to attend. It was decided to hold the reunion next year in the state park at Oakland Mills on the second Sunday in August.
