CRANE FAMILY REUNION

The Crane family reunion was held last Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Jackson near Douds. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Crane, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Kiger and daughter Virginia, W.H. Barton and daughter Ruth of Mt. Pleasant, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Crane and son Carroll, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Crane and son Everett, Mr. and Mrs. Emery Crane and children Russell, Vincent, Gwendolyn and Junior of the Union neighborhood, Mr .and Mrs. Charlie C. Smith and sons Orril and Cecil of Lockridge, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph J. Kessel and daughter Ruth of Fairfield, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Doud and daughter Vivian of Douds, Ira Phillips of Arizona, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Jackson and son Charlie and Jesse Jackson of Douds.

At the noon hour dinner was served in cafeteria style. The afternoon was spent visiting and playing music. All enjoyed the day and planned to meet next year on the second Sunday in August.
