Robert and Shirley CREEK, of Batavia, are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary with family and a card shower.
The couple were married on Oct. 6, 1949, at the Open Bible Church in Ottumwa.
The couple has two children, Cindy (Rick) BENNETT, and Randy (Carletta) CREEK. They also have six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
