Page 5ROMINGERs celebrating wedding anniversary
Ron and Barb ROMINGER of Fairfield will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary during an open house from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 22.
The event will be at the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Fairfield.
The couple requests no gifts, but cards and memories would be welcome. Cards can be sent to them at 1000 Oakwood Drive, Fairfield 52556.
The party is being organized by the couple's daughters and their husbands: Teri and Jerry BISHOP, of Davenport, and Deb and Greg FRITZ of Fairfield.
Ron ROMINGER and Barb McGHGHY were united in marriage on Sept. 18, 1954, at the First Christian Church in Bloomfield. Mr. ROMINGER worked at The Fairfield Ledger and retired in 1998. Mrs. ROMINGER worked at the Fairfield Community School District, and retired in 1998. They have give grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
