Accident.--- Our good friend, Dr. SHAFFER, met with a painful accident in Keokuk on Friday last. He threw a geode, which he was attempting to break, against a large rock, and it rebounded and struck him in the right eye. At the time of the accident his eye was considered in great danger, but we are pleased to learn that he will, doubtless, be all right in a few days.
