Building.--- We are pleased to note that Mr. Joseph MAIRE is erecting a new residence on his lot in the Southeast part of town. The building is a substantial and good one. In size it will be 15 x 26, 1½ stories, with an L 12x14.

Mr. A. A. WINSELL is also building a new house on his lot in the Southeast part of the city. Size 16x20, one story high. We are pleased to note this evidence of prosperity.
