I do not have information about Frederick but here is something on Ann:

There is a Probate Notice for Anna M. Horn in the following:
Newton (IA) Journal; Wednesday, April 24, 1895, page 2, col. 8
Newton (IA) Journal; Wednesday, May 1, 1895, page 3, col. 8
Newton (IA) Journal; Wednesday, May 8, 1895, page 3, col. 8
Newton (IA) Journal; Wednesday, May 15, 1895, page 5, col. 8
The probate notice says it was dated at Newton this 18th day of April 1895; Administrator is Joseph Horn and McElroy & Northup are the attorneys.

Holdsworth-Horn Nuptials
Miss Effie M. Holdsworth and Mr. M. D. Horn, both of Richland township, were married by E. W. Mitchell Esq. In this city last Saturday, Nov. 28th. The bride is the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Holdsworth, living north of Lynnville, a handsome and very popular young lady. The groom is a young man of integrity, standing high in the esteem of all who know him. That their lives may be full of prosperity and happiness is the wish of everybody.

Richland news:
Joseph Horn went to Newton last Saturday on business.
Among the events that occurred in this township was the marriage of Mr. M. D. Horn of Bondurant to Miss Effie Holdsworth, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Holdsworth.
