Are there any decendants of Shelby Baker left in Jasper Co. I am looking for the father and mother of Shelby Baker, b.1809, Kentucky, appeared in Indiana in 1835 and 1837, then moved to Story Co. Ia around 1850. Married Elizabeth Utsler, they raised nine children, one of which was my g Grandfather(Nelson Baker born in 1856, Story Co.,Ia). Died in 1888, Clear Creek, Jasper Co., IA. Elizabeth is also buried there, no date of death.
