FAIR OAKS, Calif. – Eugene "Gene" A. Happe, 78, of Fair Oaks, Calif., formerly of Newton, died Saturday, Sept. 6, in Fair Oaks.

Survivors include his wife, Eileen; two sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald and Klorys Happe and David and Paula Happe; a daughter, Jean Perchaluk; and six grandchildren.
