COLFAX - Roy C. Kelly, 86 of Colfax died Wednesday, July 16, at the Baxter Health Care Center in Baxter.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 7:30 p.m. at the Walters-Coburn Funeral Home in Colfax. Graveside services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Manilla Cemetery in Manilla.

The family will greet friends beginning at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

The son of Christian and Effie (Hemminger) Kelly, he was born March 16, 1917, in Manilla. He graduated from the Manilla High School in 1935, moved to the Colfax area in 1970 and farmed. He was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witness on July 9, 1940.

Survivors include a brother, Ray Kelly and his wife Sarah of Paw Paw, Mich.; nine nieces and nephews, 20 great-nieces and nephews; and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Florence Thrapp.
