HARLINGEN, Texas – Jack Cozad of Harlingen, Texas, formerly of Newton died Tuesday, June 17, in Harlingen.

Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the First Christian Church in Sioux Falls, S.D. The body was cremated. Shriner's and military rites will be performed at the cemetery. Miller Funeral Home in Sioux Falls, S.D., is handling arrangements.

Visitation will be held Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. A Masonic service will be held at 7 p.m. Memorials will be accepted to the Shriners Children's Hospital Fund.

Survivors include his wife, Mary; two sons, John and Jerry; a daughter, Jackie; two grandsons; two granddaughters; and many other relatives and friends.
