Jaryn B. Bucklin, 2 months and 5 days old, of 706 E. 6th St. N. died of complications from a premature birth Wednesday, June 18, at Blank Children's Hospital in Des Moines.

Private family graveside services will be held at Oralabor Cemetery in Ankeny. Wallace Family Funeral Home in Newton is handling arrangements.

Family will greet friends today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials in her name may be left at the funeral home.

The daughter of Eric and Jennifer (Wilson) Bucklin, she was born April 13, 2003, in Des Moines.

Survivors include her parents; a sister, Jailyn Bucklin of Newton; maternal grandparents, Bob and Donna Wilson of Mingo; paternal grandparents, Mary and Phil Power of Runnells and Evonne (Bucklin) Whayen of Ankeny; maternal great-grandparents, LeRoy and Barb Borts of Colfax and Laurel Wilson of Newton; paternal great-grandmother, Virginia Bucklin of Newton; and several aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Jerry Bucklin, and an uncle.
