TEMPE, Ariz. – Lovernia Lansing, 100, of Tempe, Ariz., formerly of Kellogg and Newton, died Wednesday, March 19, in Tempe, Ariz.

The body was cremated. Burial will be held June 21 in Bondurant.

She was born in Kansas and she and her family moved to Bondurant in 1918. She married Raymond Lansing and moved to Kellogg in 1936. She was a lifelong member of the Christian Church, Disciples of Christ. Her husband was a long-time rural mail carrier for Kellogg.

Survivors include a daughter, Lila Lansing White of Tempe, Ariz.; and two sisters, Opal Stoll of Mitchellville and Juanita Johnson of Millbrae, Calif.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
