Weissenburger Rites Wednesday
Marshalltown, Ia. - Miss Ida Weissenburger died at the Deaconess hospital in Marshalltown Sunday morning at 10 o’clock. Although she had been in failing health the past four months, death was sudden. She entered the hospital Feb. 24.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Methodist church and a prayer service will be held at her home at 1:00 o’clock. Interment will be in the Graceland cemetery, one-half mile west of Laurel.
Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Lena Maytag and Clara Weissenburger who lived with her in the home of Mrs. Maytag, Mrs. D. C. Bligh of Woodward, two brothers, Henry and Will Weissenburger of Laurel, three nieces, Mrs. Hazen McIlrath and Mrs. E. C. Schnoor of Laurel, Mrs. Burt Dowden of Marshalltown, three nephews, William Weissenburger of Des Moines, Harry and Ronald Weissenburger of Minneapolis, Minn.
