Conduct Rites For Mrs. Sandy
Prairie City, Ia. (Special to The Daily News) – Funeral services for Mrs. Lucy Sandy were held from the Walters funeral home Sunday afternoon, Feb. 2, conducted by Rev. R. B. McDonald of the Christian church.
Mrs. Sandy, who was 62, died at the Lutheran hospital in Des Moines early Saturday morning, Feb. 1. She had been ill for some time in suffering from a malignant disease.
Surviving are one son, Guy Sandy of Des Moines, and one grandchild. Interment was in Waveland cemetery.
