Mrs. Byington Dies In Memphis, Tenn.
Mrs. Effie Rees Byington of Memphis, Tenn., died Monday at Memphis according to word received here by her sister, Mrs. S. A. Guessford and nieces, Mrs. Walter Heki, Mrs. Minnie Hill Johnson and Mrs. John McAninch.
Mrs. Byington’s parents were pioneers in Jasper county. She had been ill with influenza and heart trouble.
Surviving are two daughters.
Services were to be held this afternoon at 4 o’clock at Memphis.
