Colfax Musician Dies
Colfax, Iowa – Funeral services for Harry Goodman, 27 years of age, who died at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Goodman, will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Presbyterian church.
Mr. Goodman had been in ailing health for several months and came home three weeks ago and since that time he has been seriously ill. For sometime he has been connected with an orchestra at Mason City. But prior to that time he played with musical organizations in newton and Jasper county.
Mr. Goodman attended school in Colfax and was prominent and well known in musical circles and throughout the state.
Besides his parents, Mr. Goodman is survived by a brother, Okey, who is a student at the state university at Iowa City.
