The very sad intelligence reaches us of the death of Mrs. Meredith, one of the old residents of Lynnville, which occurred at her home there last Saturday morning, August 21st, at 4:30 o’clock, of cancer of the stomach, aged fifty-seven years. The deceased was the stepmother of O. C. Meredith, Esq. of this city and a sister of Joseph and B. F. Arnold.
