Will Nicodemus Died In Des Moines Monday
Will Nicodemus, 87, brother of I. H. Nicodemus of this city died Monday morning at the home of his daughter in Des Moines. He had been in a very critical condition the past week and most of the time I. H. of this city was with him.
He was a resident of Colfax for many years, later going to Ankeny. The past fifteen years he has made his home with his daughter.
He is survived by two daughters, one in California and one in Des Moines and two sons, one in Delaware, and one in Wyoming. Two sisters, Mrs. Sarah Harter of Sac City and Mrs. Ella Gray of Colorado Springs and three brothers Anderson of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Ben of Sac City and I. H. of Colfax also survive. His wife preceded him in death several years ago.
Funeral services will be held this (Thursday) afternoon at Hamilton’s Funeral Home in Des Moines. A nephew, Rev. Carl Gray of Mingo, will be the officiating minister.
