Mrs. Angie Adamson died of consumption at the home of her brother, W. A. York, at Mingo, on September 20, 1899, aged 59 years, 1 month and 20 days. Funeral services were held in the Christian (church) by Rev. C. H. Clancey and she was buried in Ashton cemetery.
