Died at the residence of his son, Monroe in Clear Creek Township, June 20, 1892, Henry Streeter, age 83 years, 7 months and 5 days.
Deceased was born in Green County, New York, Nov. 15, 1808.
In 1832 he was married to Miss Lydia Faulkner of Delaware Co., New York where they resided a few years, going from there to Lucerne County, Pennsylvania, and then in 1849 to Delaware County, Ohio.
In 1857 they came to Iowa settling near Clyde, where they have since resided. His wife died a few years ago, since which time he has lived with his children. There was born to this worthy couple eleven children – six of them sons; nine of these children are still living and all but one of them was with him in his last sickness.
