Thomas Gould was born in Toronto, Canada 33 years ago, the 13th day of July and came to this state with his parents in infancy, settling in this city and has lived here the most of his life. Mr. Gould had been in ill health for the last year, but yet his death came as a great shock to his relatives and friends. Mr. Gould was engaged in the restaurant business in this city for several years and is very well known. Mr. Gould passed away at Clarinda, Iowa, June 12th, 1922.
He leaves to mourn his departure his heartbroken mother and four brothers, William of Des Moines, Jack, Roy and Earnest of Colfax, and one sister, Mrs. Margaret Golf of Des Moines besides a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him. He will be laid to rest beside his brother in the McKeever cemetery.
Funeral services will be held this (Thursday) afternoon at 2:30 from the Church of Christ. Elder Q. V. Williamson will conduct the services.
