Death Of Former Resident
Mrs. Ruth A. Snook, 57, of Tama, a former resident of the Mingo community, died Tuesday in Zigler Nursing Home in Tama.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Ashton Chapel Church near Ira. Burial will be in Ashton Chapel Cemetery.
Survivors are her husband, Alfred; three sons, LeRoy of Lewisburg, Mo.; William of Goodson, Mo., and Theodore; six daughters, Naomi Clark of Omaha, Neb.; Mrs. John (Mary) Bear of Rhodes, Mrs. Stanley (Jeanine) Smith of Atalissa, Erma Clark, Mrs. Frank (Pearl) Davis of Polk, Mo., and Mrs. Arnold (Carol) Arb of Tama, 13 grandchildren and two brothers, Simon Sager of Valeria and William Sager of Fernald.
The daughter of William and Susanna Sager, she was born Aug. 14, 1910, near Mingo and was educated in Colfax Schools.
