Lovina B. Sage Dies Saturday; Services Today
Colfax – Funeral services for Mrs. Charles W. (Lovina Blanche) Sage, 82, a longtime resident of Colfax, were held today at the Colfax Christian Church.
The Rev. Robert Jones, pastor of the church, and the Rev. Anthony Pettrone of the Manson Christian Church, conducted services. Burial was in the Colfax Cemetery.
Mrs. Sage died Saturday at her home.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Dick R. (Alice) Williams of Colfax; a granddaughter, Beth Ann Williams, of Colfax; and several step-brothers and step-sisters.
She was preceded in death by her husband June 28, 1962.
Mrs. Sage was a member of the Christian Church in Colfax.
The daughter of John and Martha Rowley Lloyd, she was born Sept. 16, 1893 in Des Moines.
She was married to Charles W. Sage Dec. 24, 1913 at Colfax.
