Ruby G. Meyers, Dies Sunday; Rites Wednesday
Runnells – Mrs. Loyd (Ruby Grace) Myers, 60, a resident of Runnells for 20 years, died Sunday at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Walters-Coburn Funeral Home in Prairie City.
The Rev. Phil Coe, pastor of the Prairie City Christian Church, will conduct services. Burial will be in the Webb, Iowa Cemetery.
Survivors are her husband; two sons, John of Perry and George of Runnells; a daughter, Mrs. Gary (Donna) Percy of Elkhart; nine grandchildren; her mother, Mrs. Mary Enderton of Spencer; two brothers, George Enderton of Webb and Joe Enderton of Webb; and two sisters, Mrs. Fern Clark of Boone and Mrs. Ruth Burg of Estherville.
Mrs. Myers was an employe of Meredith Publishing Co. in Des Moines.
The daughter of Joseph and Mary Bethel Enderton, she was born Nov. 2, 1915 at Lake Geneva, Wis., and was a 1933 graduate of Waucoma High School.
She was married to Loyd Myers Mar. 24, 1935 at Webb.
