Prairie City, IA – Services for Mrs. Hazel Duckstein, 47, of Prairie City and formerly of Runnells, who died Friday of cancer at Des Moines General Hospital, will be at 12:30 p.m. Sunday at Vandalia Church of Christ here.
Survivors include two sons and nine brothers, including Goldie Ingle, Walter Ingle, Glen Ingle and Gilbert Ingle, all of Des Moines.

Hazel Duckstein Dies; Services Conducted Sunday
Prairie City – Funeral services for Mrs. Clifford (Hazel Electa) Duckstein, 47, of Prairie City, a lifelong resident of the Prairie City community, were held Sunday at the Church of Christ at Vandalia.
Evangelist Kenneth Thompson, pastor of the church, conducted services. Burial was in the Vandalia Cemetery.
Walters-Coburn Funeral Home in Prairie City handled arrangements.
She died recently at the Des Moines General Hospital.
Survivors are her husband; two sons, Galen and Dwight, both of Prairie City; and nine brothers, Goldie, Walter, Glen and Gilbert Ingle, all of Des Moines, Harold Ingle of Chariton, Paul Ingle of Runnells, Marvin Ingle of Indianapolis, Ind., Vern Ingle of Swan and Lester Ingle of Iowa Falls.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and a brother.
Mrs. Duckstein was a member of the Church of Christ at Vandalia.
The daughter of Charles and Electa Ingle, she was born April 2, 1929 at Runnells.
She was married July 2, 1949 at Vandalia.
