Della Vande Krol Dies Wednesday; Rites Saturday
Mrs. Guert (Della) Vande Krol, 86, a longtime resident of the Lynnville community, died late Wednesday, evening at the Pella Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Van Dyk-Duven Funeral Home in Pella. Burial will be in the Sully Cemetery.
Survivors are four sons, Harold of Oskaloosa, Roy of Lincoln, Neb., Earl of Sully and Milo of Oskaloosa; a daughter, Mrs. Cleo (Maurine) Van Der Kamp of Sully; 25 grandchildren; and 42 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Sept. 1, 1972.
The daughter of Henry J. and Gertie Bos Veldhuizen, she was born May 1, 1890, south of Lynnville.
She was married Feb. 5, 1914 in Lynnville.
