Services Held
Services were held Wednesday, Oct. 21, 1981, at the Presbyterian Church at 1:30 p.m. Rev. Doug Maben and Rev. Eldon Pals officiated. Burial was in the Vandalia Cemetery.
Ruby Grace Squire, the daughter of William and Myrtie Turney Squire was born May 9, 1913 near Mitchellville and entered into rest October 19, 1981, at her home in Monroe.
On May 13, 1936, she was married to Harold Miller at Princeton, Mo. Mr. Miller died in 1963. A resident of Des Moines for twenty-five years, Mrs. Miller moved to Monroe in June of this year.
Surviving are a son, William Miller of Des Moines and two daughters, Mrs. Carroll (Marilyn) Nolin of Prairie City and Mrs. Barton (Diane) Huetter of Monroe. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren, a brother, Lawrence of Grinnell and a sister Edna Hayes of Tucson, Ariz.
Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, one son, Richard, and a brother and a sister.
