Life Story of Josephine Hawkins
Mrs. Josephine Thomasson Hawkins, 77, a former longtime resident of the Monroe community, died Monday at a nursing home in Moline, Ill.
Funeral services were held last Thursday at the Crumpacker Funeral Home.
The Rev. Wayne Anderson, minister of the Monroe Baptist Church, conducted the services. Burial was in Vandalia Cemetery.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. William Bradberry and a grandson, Larry Bradberry, both of California.
The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Thomasson, she was born May 8, 1890 at Dunreath.
