Mollie Wallace Rites Planned
Services for Mrs. Mollie Wallace, 81, of Runnells, who died of a blood clot Tuesday at Des Moines General hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Richardson Funeral Home in Carlisle. Burial will be in the cemetery at Vandalia.
Mrs. Wallace, who had been ill five days, was born at Vandalia. She lived most of her life in the Runnells area.
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Walter Mott of Runnells, Mrs. Everett Tingle of Ava, Mo., Mrs. Roy Gulling of Prairie City, and Mrs. Maynard Bankes of Colfax; five sons, John of Runnells, Frances and Russell of Newton, Arthur of Colfax and Robert of Janesville, Wis.; a brother, Golden Anderson of Regina, Sask.; 28 grandchildren, and 29 great-grandchildren.

Mollie was the daughter of Frank and Josie (Rosenberger) Anderson. She married Arthur Wallace May 14, 1898 in Jasper Co., Iowa. They had eleven children, Cecil, Clara, John, Grace, Francis, Minnie, Arthur, Russell, Dorothy, Robert and Violet.
