Gladys Irons, 91, of Runnells died of a heart ailment Sunday at her home. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Vandalia Cemetery.
Mrs. Irons was born in Jasper County, grew up in Vandalia and later moved to Runnells. She retired from in-home care and housekeeping. She was a member of the former Camp Center Church.
She is survived by two sons, Herman of Swan and Charlie of Runnells; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Richardson Funeral Home in Carlisle is handling arrangements.
