Wilbur Norris, 81, Dies on Friday; Services Monday
Wilbur Norris, 81, a resident of the Jasper County Home for the past nine years, died Friday.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday at the Toland Funeral Home.
The Rev. Arthur V. Long, minister of the First Methodist Church, will conduct the services. Burial will be in Vandalia Cemetery at Vandalia.
Mr. Norris is survived by two nephews, Orville and Lewis Armstrong, both of Des Moines.
The son of Ansen and Lydia Johnson Norris, he was born Feb. 25, 1880 at Rising Sun, Iowa.
Mr. Norris was a farm laborer.
