Rites Held For David Paul Foster, Jr.
Funeral services for David Paul Foster Jr., 16 of Newton, were held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday Nov. 21, at the Wallace-Pence Funeral Home.
The Rev. Robert Hinshaw of Ashton Chapel will conduct services. Burial was in Newton Union Cemetery.
Memorials in his name may be left at the funeral home.
Survivors are his step-father and mother, Ray and Kay Eilander; and his father and step-mother, David and Judith Foster Sr. of Pittsburg, Calif.
Also surviving are a brother, Andrew Foster of Pittsburg, Calif.; a sister, Summer Eilander of Newton a step-sister, Kenya Partelow of Colfax; two step-brothers, Chris Duncan of Grinnell and Steve Duncan of Montezuma; two half-sisters, Misty Foster and Loree Foster, both of Pittsburg, Calif.; and his paternal grandparents, Eugene and Betty McDonald of Newton.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents.
A Newton Community High School Student, he was employed at Golden Corral.
He was born April 4, 1975 in Newton.
