Died – In Poweshiek township, on Friday, October 22, 1886, Adam T. Lacey, aged 70 years.
Mr. Lacey had resided in Iowa since 1856, coming here from his native state Kentucky. He was an honest man and a good citizen, a loving, indulgent husband and father, and possessed the esteem of all who knew him. His funeral occurred last Sunday – being conducted by Rev. Patterson, of the Methodist church.
