Rites Tuesday For Mrs. Carl Shaw
Mrs. Carl Shaw, the former Florence Kinart of Monroe, passed away at a hospital in Albuquerque, N. M. at 8 o’clock Friday morning. She had been seriously ill with a lung ailment for the past five weeks.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon at the Crumpacker Funeral Home with the Rev. George Pennington in charge. Mrs. William Lewis sang two numbers.
Pallbearers were Ralph Gloyd, Albert Noon, Ray Hagan, Harley Green, Ulrie Clevenger and Mr. Grey of Des Moines.
Interment was in the Monroe cemetery.
The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Kinart, she was born and reared in Monroe and after her marriage moved to Hot Springs, S.D. and Cheyenne, Wyo., before going to New Mexico.
She is survived by her husband, her parents, two daughters, Mrs. Martin (Mardelle) Lewis of Monroe; Mrs. Milton (Marjorie) Linn of Des Moines.
