Willard C. Gullett, 75 of Kellogg died of cancer Sunday at his home. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Wallace-Pence Funeral Home in Newton, with burial at Memorial Park Cemetery there.

Mr. Gullett was born in Hedrick and lived in the Kellogg area for many years. He was a retired farmer and a member of Pleasantview Methodist Church, Jasper County Farm Bureau and Kellogg Historical Society.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy; a son, Robert of Newton; two sisters, Dorothy Soseman of Santa Clara, Calif., and Reatha Banks of Harlingen, Texas; and two grandchildren.

Friends may call after noon today at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 7 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Jasper County or the Kellogg Historical Society.
