COLFAX — Clair Robert "Bob" Pease Sr., 83, of Colfax died Saturday, June 11, 2005, at his home.

Memorial services will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the Howard Street Christian Church. The family will meet with friends following the service in the church fellowship hall. Walters-Coburn Funeral Home in Colfax is handling arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Antique Motorcycle Club of America Inc.

The son of Clair L. and Verla M (Kern) Pease, he was born Nov. 27, 1921, in Colfax. He graduated from Colfax High School in 1940 and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. A lifelong resident of Colfax, he worked for many years as an electrician.

Mr. Pease is survived by a daughter, Peggy Lou (Clint) Donahue of West Plaines, Mo.; a son, Bob (Lori) Pease of Colfax; four grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and a sister, Janet (Martin) Wenes of Watertown, S.D.

Preceding him in death were his parents and a brother, Jim.
